While we have only seen the Nike Air Huarache Light release here and there over the last few months, Nike has plans to continue pumping out new versions of the vintage silhouette. The latest versions will be inspired by some classic colorways that were featured on the very popular Air Max 1 silhouette.

One pair is coming done in White and “OG Red” which was originally released in 1987, while the other pair will come in “OG Curry” from the 2003 model. The Nike Air Huarache Light is a lightweight runner built with a breathable mesh upper that sits atop a Lunarlon midsole. The shoe also features translucent thermoplastic on the upper that is used for the lacing system.

There is no word at this time on when exactly the Nike Air Huarache Light “OG Pack” will release, but stay tuned to KicksOnFire for more updates.

Author’s Take

It’s good to see Nike giving some of their less hyped silhouettes some shine again. This model hasn’t been on my radar for years now, but if they drop in some lively colors, I might give them a spin again. I’ll be on the lookout.
